PullanHouses Laima and Līksma - Two small cottages by the lake—each of them are suitable for up to four guests. In the house, you will find everything you need. You will be able to enjoy a swim in Lake Pullans and relax from everyday worries.
Pamper yourself and your body! We have prepared everything you need for a full-fledged sauna ritual. You will be able to enjoy the different shades of Lake Pullans through the window of the sauna room. Enjoy!

Time of the Arrival / Departure
We will be waiting for you on the chosen arrival date starting from 15:00. We will be happy if you also send your estimated arrival to our e-mail or via WhatsApp message so we can schedule your reception. Please note that you need to check out by 11:00.
Children / Extra beds
People visiting with children are very welcome to stay here. We offer many activities for children in both summer and winter. Please let us know in advance if you will need a crib for your baby.
Are animals welcomed here?
Ķestermuiža is an animal-friendly guest house. We will be happy if you take care of the pets so that they do not endanger the residents of the neighboring houses and do not damage the property of Ķestermuiža.
What is the reservation price?
Current prices will always be available in the booking system. Accordingly, select the dates when you plan on staying with us on the website, and you will see the current prices. The price depends on the season, the day of the week, and the number of guests.
Is the sauna included in the price?
The sauna is currently only available to guests staying at Ķestermuiža. The sauna can be rented for an additional 180 EUR fee per 6 hours. If you want to use the sauna, please reach out to us at least 2 hours in advance so that we can prepare it for the planned time of the visit.
Is it possible to cancel the reservation?
Cancellation options rely on the platform you made the reservation. If you make a reservation on our website, it is possible to cancel it up to 72 hours before the arrival date without any cost.
Is it possible to book Ķestermuiža for particular events?

How many guests can stay in Ķestermuiža house?
Ķestermuiža awaits both small and large guest groups. It is ideal for a group of friends or several families. In total, Ķestermuiža house can take up to 23 guests. In addition, it is possible to book two PullanHouses (each can accommodate four guests).
Will the whole house and territory be available for only one reservation?
The territory of Ķestermuiža is divided into two parts— Ķestermuiža house and PullanHouses. If you book Ķestermuiža, the whole house, sauna, terrace, swimming area, children's playground, volleyball court, and our beautiful peninsula will be at your disposal.
What kind of rooms does Ķestermuiža have?
Ķestermuiža has seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and one living room combined with a kitchen. The spacious bedrooms are suitable for bigger guest groups to enjoy everything Ķestermuiža has to offer.
Will Ķestermuiža be suitable for guests with babies?
We have thought about everything. We have a crib, changing table, high chair, and other things you might need.
Does Ķestermuiža offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer catering services. But we have everything you need for cooking. If you are too lazy to cook, we can help you order a delicious meal from one of our partners in Alūksne. Contact us, and we will help you arrange it.
How many guests can stay in one Pullanhouse?
PullanHouse is ideal for two guests, but there is also a sofa bed meaning one house can accommodate up to 4 guests. If there are more of you, we recommend renting another PullanHouse or Ķestermuiža.
Is the PullanHouse area being shared with other guests?
There are two PullanHouses in the area, and its territory is being shared between both houses' guests. Unfortunately, the Ķestermuiža territory and its sauna/terrace and other activities are not available to the PullanHouse guests.
What can be found in PullanHouse?
Each PullanHouse has a large bed, a sofa bed, a small kitchen, and a small bathroom. The PullanHouse is equipped with everything needed.
What can you do in PullanHouse territory?
PullanHouses are located on the shore of Lake Pullans, which allows you to swim, go on a boat or SUP ride, or go fishing. You can roast meat or enjoy the sunrise on the PullanHouse terrace. PullanHouse will be a great accommodation for you when visiting Alūksne.
Is it possible to stay at the PullanHouse with a pet?
We are an animal-friendly guest house. We will be happy if you take care of your pets so that they do not endanger or intimidate the residents of the neighboring houses and damage the inventory of the PullanHouses.
Are Pullan houses suitable for small children?
Unfortunately, there are no beds suitable for children or other children's things at the PullanHouse, but this does not prevent children from feeling very well while staying at us. If you stay in Ķestermuiža, there will be everything a small child needs.

What activities are available in the summer?
During the summer, Ķestermuiža house offers you to swim, SUP board, go to the sauna, fish, play volleyball and basketball, and rock on the swings. In the PullanHouses, you will be able to swim, SUP board, and fish. Blow the cobwebs away and get new energy for a whole year.
What activities are available in the winter?
During the winter, you can enjoy going to the sauna, snow bathing, a warm fireplace, ice fishing, and snowball fights.
Will the children have activities to indulge in?
In the territory of Ķestermuiža, children can entertain themselves at a children's playground, where they can swing, exercise, and climb. For the indoors, we have prepared different children's games. Children's review: 10 out of 10. :)

In Ķestermuiža: Sauna visit costs 180 EUR for 6 hours. ZE tub (coming soon) costs 90 EUR. In Ķestermuiža and Pullanmāja: the rental price for a SUP board for one day is 30 EUR. Everything else is included in the price.
